You should totally hire me
SMART & CREATIVE
It's an objective fact that bald guys are farther along on the bell curve of human intelligence than other guys, and I'm so bald that I can't even grow a mustache. I think that fact pretty much stands on it own as an argument. Just let that sink in for a moment while you regard my mugshot to the right. As you can see, not only will you be acquiring a really smart, handsome guy, but also a guy with some Photoshop skills, and an aesthetic appreciation for Kevin Smith's 1994 cult classic, "Clerks."

TWOFER
Everyone knows that two heads are better than one, and my wife is not only whip-crack smart, but also an adept researcher in her own right, and a Grandmaster of Six Degrees of Queen Victoria. She's also a self-professed "gamer girl," has skills and interests not my own (but which complement mine nonetheless), and an academic background in archaeology and anthropology; if I recall correctly, one of those is bookish and the other packs heat in the pursuit of lost treasures in remote jungles, right?

STUDIOUS
In the course of my long academic career, I have utilized digital archives like Jstor extensively, and had Google Scholar been around in the 1990's, I would have totally aced that class in HTML...well, I like to tell myself that anyway. In the pursuit of my B.A. in English Education I spent nearly as much time in libraries as most college students nowadays spend on their cellphones.

EFFECTIVE
I have made good use of the time management techniques and strategies I learned while in the military to maximize my productivity and efficacy, and as a former sailor who used to work in HR, I'm certainly familiar with making a few calls from time to time. Also, I originally whipped together this webpage for Mental_Floss in just over an hour, so I know how to get things done, do them reasonably well, and do them on a tight schedule when needed.

TECH-SAVVY & ADAPTIVE
The application of technology to solve problems is now ubiquitous in society, but has also created a demand that people adapt to technology, or become less marketable in the Twenty-First Century job environment. From the halcyon days of my youth, to my experiences in the military, to my most recent sales experience, I have worked with technology as it has adapted to meet our needs, and have adapted myself to keep abreast of innovation as it changes how we do business. I have even taken it upon myself to learn to use Photoshop in my spare time, presently manage an online community of over a hundred users, and can confess that even my vices are rooted in the use of technology.
